Worship
We gather in the Sanctuary to worship the living God. Worship is a two-way street. We offer all we have--and all we are--to meet God together in this place. When we give, we find we get so much more from God. We take what God has given us in worship to the rest of our week.
What helps you worship?
- Is it music? We sing the recent songs of praise in the beginning of worship--as well as the meaningful hymns of the tradition.
- Is it a sermon? The sermons here are not those three point lessons with fill in the blanks. We seek an encounter with the living God through Spirit and Truth--that might leave us with more questions than answers. The main point is to point us to an encounter with Jesus.
- Is it prayer? Our prayer is more than transition music from one thing to the next. We pray to bring glory to God, admit our faults and need of God, share our joys & concerns with the community, and dedicate ourselves to following Jesus.
Join us 10am on Sundays in the Sanctuary for worship.
